Glowenna currently ships to addresses in the United States. Available destinations, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, order size, and carrier.
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. After shipment, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events outside Glowenna’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent. If tracking shows a delivery problem or a package appears damaged, please contact Glowenna promptly through our Contact Us page.
